Installed, maintain and support 10 Mbps and 54 Mbps wireless links to the Hotel for guest services as well as guest Internet billing, using WISP Manager. Also Installed and maintain wireless hot-spots throughout the convention levels of the hotel. Under contract to install temporary wireless links to other hotels for overflow Hyatt convention attendees.

Wireless hot-spots enable the hotel to host large conventions requiring wireless Internet services for attendees. Largest convention to date was IEEE convention in 2003 where over 700 users were simultaneously connected to the wireless hot-spots.
