Newman's Surplus Sax
Stuff for Sale |
Selmer Soloist C** Tenor Mouthpiece I got this mouthpiece as a gift when I was in High school in 1959. I played it for about 6 months before shelving it for an Otto Link. The mouthpiece has been hidden away in a box of stuff all this time. I played on my vintage Conn last week and it sounds great from rich low subtones to clear crisp altissimo notes which were reached with ease. Listen to Joe Henderson, he played a SS Soloist D for most of his career. If you are a
beginner or advanced player who wants to create a huge warm
sound, this is an ideal mouthpiece. Similar mouthpieces sell
for over $200, you can own this near new one for only
$160. See
